MYAY file not publish

hi,

    whenever i publish the file all things going well.. message came that your file is pubilshed but in client QT no playblast going there and also no maya file found in Publish/Versions.

    Some days before my login ID Error came then IT guy recreate my ID after that this problem come.

Dear Paul, we found that the problem is in the origanal file. Please do the needful.
